Directions from Westchester, NY

  • Start in Westchester by getting on Saw Mill River Parkway South from NY-117.

  • Continue south on Saw Mill River Pkwy, then merge onto Henry Hudson Parkway/NY-9A South along the Hudson. Pass by The St. Andrew’s Golf Club as you drive through Ardsley.

  • Stay on NY-9A, then shift east onto the FDR Drive South once you reach Manhattan.

  • Exit at East 37th Street, driving west into Midtown. You’ll pass near the United Nations Headquarters a few blocks to your left as you continue west.

  • Continue on 37th, then turn right onto Madison Ave.

  • Your destination, 260 Madison Ave (Live Well Practice PLLC), will be on the left, close to Serafina Madison.
