Directions from Albany, NY
Start in Downtown Albany, head south on I-787 and merge onto I-87 South. You’ll pass by the USS Slater on the Hudson River waterfront as you leave the city.
Continue on I-87 South through the Hudson Valley, passing near Catskill Mountain Railroad in Kingston and the Bluestone Wild Forest.
Stay on I-87 through Rockland County, driving past Sloatsburg and Ramapo Valley County Reservation.
Continue into New Jersey on NJ-17 South, then connect to I-95 toward the Lincoln Tunnel. Along the way, you’ll pass Campgaw Mountain Ski Area near Mahwah.
Enter Manhattan through the Lincoln Tunnel, then follow W 36th St east — you’ll see the Javits Center and Hudson Yards nearby.
Turn onto Madison Ave; your destination, 260 Madison Ave (Live Well Practice PLLC), will be on the left, just past the Morgan Library & Museum.
